Diane Doliana - 2026 Firefighter of the Year

Congratulations to Diane Doliana, who was recognized as the Tellico Village Volunteer Fire Department’s Firefighter of the Year on Saturday, September 12. The award was presented by VFW Post 5150.

Diane is a registered nurse who serves TVVFD as an Emergency Medical Responder and Fireground Technician. She is pictured with her husband, Jon, who is also a dedicated member of the department. Diane and Jon both rank among TVVFD’s top 10 responders.

TVVFD answered more than 1,700 calls in 2025 and is on track for a similar number in 2026. Demonstrating their continued commitment to the community, Diane and Jon are currently pursuing their EMT licenses so they can provide an even greater level of service to the residents of Tellico Village.
