Response Time

Our average response time to a medical emergency call is under 4 minutes – a timeframe that is a life saving imperative!
 

Our two Medical Rescue Vehicles (MRVs) are deployed 24 hours per day, 365 days per year to the North and South sides of the Village. Assigned on a rotating basis to department personnel, you will see these vehicles in the driveways of our on-call emergency medical personnel.
 

While the numbers change slightly over time, you should feel confident knowing that your needs are supported by these two vehicles that are manned by nationally-certified EMTs, Advanced EMTs, and Emergency Medical Responders (EMRs).
